Yad Eliezer is extremely grateful to the Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles, for awarding us with a $5,000 grant to our High Holiday Food Distribution. This generous gift is being made in loving memory of a longtime friend and colleague of the JCFLA, Fay Althausen, z"l.
The timing is perfect as, especially with the dramatic increase in need for food and other essentials this year due to covid 19 unemployment, so many struggling families will be assisted with holiday expenses, enabling them to celebrate with dignity.
