Blanket Distribution 2013 - Yad Eliezer

Yad Eliezer in conjunction with Young Israel of Kew Garden Hills distributed 2450 winter comforters in 11 different cities in Israel including Jerusalem, Tifrach, Tzfat and Netivot- warming the homes and the hearts of thousands of families. When the budget is tight and there is no money for heating the apartment at night, having a good warm comforter can make the difference between warm healthy nights, and a miserable winter of sniffles and colds.
One mother expressed her thanks, "Thank you so much for your help. We are touched by your care and your concern. For the first time in her life my daughter has her own blanket and no longer needs to share with her sister. Thank You!"
