Ensure needy families can have food for the New Year

The High Holidays are almost here and though time is short, at American Friends of Yad Eliezer/B’ezri, the wheels are in motion. Preparations are in full swing to ensure that millions of dollars in food support for families in need will be allocated.

The understatement of the year is that it’s been an exceedingly difficult year, the war having affected so many lives, increasing unique challenges in families’ homes. It has caused costs of living to increase as well, making it harder than ever to keep a family stable and fed. 

Our High Holiday program will ensure that thousands of families in need will have what they need to experience the Yomim Tovim in a respectable environment, with both refrigerators and tables alike, full of food.

Help us get the job done!
Donations will provide support for: 

3,000 needy families and 500 single mothers in homes throughout Israel=$1.4 million
900 almanos and their 6,000+ children with their monthly stipends and an additional holiday stipend= $1.1 million 
4,230 IDF soldiers in need, with families and without=$700,000
 
This astounding $3.2 million will transform the holidays for all of them!
