Chanukah Game Nights for Needy Families

A generous donor brings light, laughter & fun to over 600 homes

Thanks to one of our generous - and consistent - donors, in what has become a holiday tradition, more than 600 needy families will enjoy lively nights of family fun this Chanukah. Families throughout the country in cities such as Tzfat, Givat Ze'ev, Beitar, Ofakim, Neve Yaakov, Tel Tzion and others will receive a combination of games and educational toys including Stratego, Perpetual Commotion, Clics and Magna-Tiles, in time for the holiday. 

The kind-hearted donor wanted to ensure that parents and children in need have fun gifts to enjoy in honor of Chanukah, just as other families do. With so many households struggling just to get by, especially as the winter sets in, toys, games and other holiday gifts are simply not in the budget. This initiative, as in years past, will bring them tremendous excitement and entertainment, warming up the cold Chanukah nights (and others, beyond) with happy, quality family time. True to our mission, the gifts also bring families a feeling of normalcy - something we strive to do with each program and project.
