Ahuzat Atara
Yad Eliezer's Newest Getaway for Widows and Orphans
Sunday, November 10, 2019
Construction is complete on Ahuzat Atara, Yad Eliezer's latest vacation villa in Tzfat, benefitting women who are enrolled in our Keren Almanos program, and their young families.
Yad Eliezer never stops working to help ease the lives of widows and orphans and this latest project is yet another example of our efforts to do so. Located in scenic Tzfat, Ahuzat Atara is a beautiful, new getaway, a three unit complex that is available to women in our Keren Almanos program. They can reserve a Shabbos for themselves and their families and take a break from the daily grind, one that tends to be extremely stressful for women in need, who are working single-handedly to raise children and build their lives back up after heartbreaking tragedy and loss.
Attention to detail and great thought goes into every Yad Eliezer project and Ahuzat Atara is no different. Each of the three units is comprised of a beautiful living area and dining room, plus two bedrooms that can sleep twelve. The kitchens are equipped with brand new appliances. Hammocks for relaxation are provided as well.
The spacious apartments are conveniently situated, in close proximity to Tzfat's old city, and with local amenities within a short distance.
Yad Eliezer is pleased to be able to provide this wonderful service for widowed Israeli mothers and their children, and we look forward to bringing some joy and menuchat ha'nefesh to those who so badly need it.
