Yad Eliezer's surplus produce program helps families from southern Israel
Thursday, August 08, 2013This week tons, literally, of food were delievered to needy families in southern Israel. By networking with with key members of Israel's department of agriculture, local farmers, and community volunteers, Yad Eliezer was able to get the food where it was needed most. The only costs were for a tank of gas and a few phone calls. For more about this program click here.
